First Couple of Days in Gr. 3/4 Paterson/Cox

 Welcome To the 2023-24 School Year!

We sure had a great couple of days and so excited for the year ahead.

This week we focussed on getting to know our learners and helping them get to know us.  

We did some fun STEM challenges, art, writing about friendship, made friendship bracelets with all of the 3/4 classes, read some fantastic books (First Day Jitters & No One But You), played outside, made some name tags for our coat hooks and wrote about our "first day jitters".  

Thank you families for ensuring students had indoor shoes, water bottles and healthy foods!

We have an amazing group of students and can't wait to get the year rolling.

We will be posting class updates on this blog weekly and share a few photos, samples of work the students are doing and upcoming classroom events.  For most important school wide dates/events it is best to check Connect message and school website.

June 27 - Final Week of School

 Thanks so much to our amazing students and families for sharing this wonderful year of learning together. Day 1 of Coulee School (June 3)

Today's journey to the coulee was my favourite because I felt so much more calm and relaxed because you all were so calm and relaxed.  I loved sitting silently eating, asking questions, sketching, and I wondered, where are all of the nests?
